When you submit a form on Capital Condos, the information you provide is collected for Steve Peippo, REALTOR® with Real Broker Ontario Ltd., to respond to your request and manage the related follow-up.
What the forms collect
Your name, email and phone number are required. You may also provide a unit number, preferences, timing, and a message. The request includes its building or neighbourhood context, page path, referral information where available, campaign parameters, and a record of whether you chose ongoing email updates. Please avoid including financial account numbers, identification documents, or other sensitive information in your message.
How requests are handled
Requests are stored in a private lead inbox. When the Follow Up Boss connection is configured, request details are also sent to that customer relationship management service for follow-up. Website hosting and service providers process information needed to operate these features.
Email updates are optional
The email update checkbox is separate from your request and starts unchecked. You can submit a request without subscribing. If you opt in, the wording, choice, and submission time are recorded. Contact Steve to withdraw consent, and use the unsubscribe option in any marketing email you receive.
Preferences and session information
The site uses session storage to remember campaign and referral information during your visit, and a short-lived security cookie to protect form submissions. These forms do not attempt to identify visitors who have not submitted their contact details.
Questions or access requests
Contact Steve to ask about the information held through these forms, request a correction, discuss deletion, or change your communication preferences. Information is retained as needed for the request, related follow-up, consent records, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

When you choose to view DDF listings, this site stores a one-day cookie recording your acceptance of the listing terms. A random browser identifier is stored locally and sent with the listing and feed identifiers to CREA’s analytics service to report listing views. These events do not include your contact-form details. Clear browser storage to remove the identifier. Listing photos and the REALTOR.ca badge load from their respective providers.
